Next Chapter Alliance, Inc. is dedicated to supporting individuals and families at every stage of their journey—from early childhood through adulthood. We believe that every person deserves the opportunity to build a brighter future, which is why we invest in high-quality early childhood education for children ages 6 weeks to 8 years, alongside support for adults pursuing education, workforce entry, or reentry after incarceration. Our team delivers holistic, personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each family—nurturing growth, resilience, and long-term success

My Story
At 21, I was a young woman filled with hope—but uncertain of my next steps. I hadn’t finished college, but when I got pregnant and married, I thought I was doing what I was supposed to do. My husband worked full-time, I worked part-time, and we did everything we could to make ends meet. But somehow, it was never enough.
When we sought help—like affordable housing—we were turned away. Because my daughter’s father was present and employed, we were told we didn’t qualify. On paper, we made “too much,” but in reality, we were barely getting by.
By the time my daughter turned five, I was a single mother, navigating life on my own. I went back to school, earned my associate degree, then my bachelor’s—and slowly began to rebuild.
Today, I serve as the Executive Director of Next Chapter Alliance—an organization I wish had existed when I needed support the most. We walk alongside individuals who are working to finish school, secure stable jobs, and create a better future, all while navigating real-life challenges. We offer affordable housing support, financial literacy, child care, and essentials like food—because no one should have to go without.
